Affittacamere La Spezia Inn

It's a convenient place for exploring the area, less than five minutes from the train station. The neighbourhood is quiet and also has good restaurants, a bakery, a fruit shop 50m away, and a supermarket. The room was great, clean, and welcoming, and we got good advice. I'd come back without hesitation.

We stayed in the studio, which had a little kitchen, and the owners were friendly and keen to help. It's close to the train station and city center. The four out of five stars are because the shower was very small and the backyard, which served as the apartment entrance, wasn't ideal.

Friendly people, decent rooms, and I'm very happy with my stay. The toilet was a little odd, but the owner fixed it in five minutes. If you want somewhere to sleep and don't plan to spend much time in your room, this is a great place. Not far from beautiful riomaggiore🥰

I was shocked. They're renting out a garage, and the place is old and smells of sewage, insecticide, and rat poison. The hosts smoke everywhere. The rooms I saw were dark and shabby, with poor linens, and the windows faced a wall where exhaust fans blew smoke into the rooms. The bedsheets and linens looked old and dirty. The staircase they made is crooked and so narrow my suitcase wouldn't fit. I couldn't carry it up that strange spiral stairway, so the host carried it. The location is close to the station, but the area is very dirty and crowded. There's no door to the house, and you have to enter through a shared garage by opening a huge metal gate. When I got inside, I had an asthma attack, called a taxi right away, and went to CD Hotel. This place doesn't offer humane conditions. They kept my money, and I had to call Booking to get only part of it refunded. The city mayor and sanitation department should inspect this place because it isn't fit for people.
