Being so close to the train station made the location fantastic, and it was a lovely place to unwind after visiting the Cinque Terre. The rooms have a fridge and air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Street noise was well blocked by the windows. The staff were delightful, and the room was cleaned attentively every day.

The owner seemed unfamiliar with following the law and tended to cut corners on services. Breakfast wasn't included, the internet was poor, and housekeeping was unsatisfactory. The small fridge was always full of water. The room was cramped, with a window onto a busy, noisy street, and the linens were worn and not always clean. The mattress and pillows needed replacing, and other occupants were so loud it felt like they were at home.

The hostess was so kind and helpful, giving us useful information about nearby attractions and letting us leave our bags until it was time to go. The room was small but cozy, and the bathroom was fairly spacious. Linen service was good, with just a few minor oversights.

Breakfast was good, though you had to get it at a bar that wasn't very close. The room was clean, but the building was shabby and the room itself very noisy. The mattress was old and smelled dusty, the safe didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was poor. For what it cost, the value was absolutely unfavorable.
