10/10
The apartment is large and modern, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The building does get a bit noisy, and a few small cleaning details could be better. Still, for a spacious, comfortable place right in the center of La Spezia, the price was modest and I’d definitely recommend it.

Right in the center of La Spezia and close to the station for Cinque Terre, this modern apartment has a very complete kitchen, great air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. Cleaning could be improved, especially the floor and dishes, and we missed some supplies like kitchen towels and cleaning cloths. The price asked is more than reasonable for such a nice apartment.

A nice apartment near both town and the sea. The owners are very friendly and always around if you need help.
