Simone replied quickly whenever I messaged and was helpful throughout. The apartment was clean, organized, and nicely decorated, with a fridge, stove, oven, sandwich maker, washing machine, and hair dryer. The heater and shower both worked well, and there’s internal parking. It’s just over 1km from La Spezia Central station, which we walked to without any trouble on our way to Cinque Terre.

We were headed to the towns of cinque terre, so being near the train station worked perfectly for us. The apartment was clean on arrival and fully equipped. Simone and his brother Vincenzo were friendly and very helpful hosts. A perfect place to stay in La Spezia, highly recommend!

The owner was easy to communicate with, and the flat was clean and well looked after. Its location worked perfectly for visiting both cinque terre and la Spezia itself, and the parking spot was great. We stayed as 3 people, though I’d recommend keeping it to 2 guests or fewer.

A comfortable, pleasant place with easy access and a parking spot available. It’s an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre area. Totally recommended!
