That balcony view was breathtaking. We found Freedom House on Booking.com while looking for somewhere for five of us to spend a night after a long day at the beach in Portovenere. It was a quiet place in a strategic spot, and the price worked well for us. Sabrina welcomed us warmly and shared some useful tips for visiting the Cinque Terre. The house had everything we needed. It's not modern and shouldn't be compared with a hotel, but for what we wanted, it was a great choice. I completely forgot to take photos inside.

Everything was as we'd expected, and the house was comfortable. It could use some renovation inside, though. The owner was really kind and helpful.
