We had a great stay in this very nice home stay. The owner was friendly and provided great service, and breakfast was included. The place has six beds, washing machines, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The big garage was a real advantage given how difficult parking is in La Spezia, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with the owner bringing focaccia each morning. Our room was spacious and well kept, if a little dated, and the bathroom had been renovated and was roomy too. The air conditioning is only in the hallway; at the end of May, though, it was comfortable enough. One drawback: the road outside the bed and breakfast is very noisy, and parking is exempt here. If you're a light sleeper and don't use earplugs, sleeping could be quite difficult.

The garage was basic but very useful. The owners were welcoming, and the place seemed clean and well maintained.

We stayed for two nights as a family and were given a very warm welcome by the owner. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. No complaints at all, and I highly recommend it.
