The owner made me feel at home at Remi del Prione, and that warm, welcoming atmosphere is what I remember most. She knew the area well, shared maps that helped me visit Cinque Terre, and went out of her way to make my time in the city better. Her suggestions for local restaurants were great too. My room was cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed to relax. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of the main attractions. I highly recommend Remi del Prione. Thank you for such a lovely stay, it was a real pleasure!

Giorgio and his wife were just perfect, and we had a perfect stay. Couldn't recommend them more.

The location is excellent, and Viola was very kind and helpful. I have nothing against anyone in particular, but the overall management seems questionable. What we booked online didn't match the room we got. The photos show no closet, a different bed, and different lamps, so the website needs updating. We had to wait more than ten minutes to check in, despite having given our arrival time. There is an elevator, but it doesn't reach the first floor, something they should mention. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day during the stated 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM hours, but nobody came. We had to request cleaning again the following day. I also wonder what the cleaning involves beyond changing towels: the rubbish bags weren't changed, the sheets weren't changed, and the dust was left where it was. There was dust when we arrived, so cleanliness was poor from the start. The floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed either. The sink is tiny, like one for Barbie dolls, and even washing your hands makes a mess of the bathroom, so it needs cleaning.
