Breakfast on the terrace was such a relaxing way to start the day. The location was handy too, with restaurants 50 meters away and a bakery just 20 meters away for warm bread in the morning. Check-in was easy to follow since they sent a video showing all the access codes. The room was sparkling clean, right down to the shining floor, and the care showed. We slept well in the comfortable bed. A very pleasant stay in La Spezia, and a good choice if you want somewhere clean, well located, and simple to check into.

We had a clean, modern room in a fantastic spot, right by the pedestrian zone. Self check-in went perfectly. The odd part was that our room had an elevator in it.

The room was quite modern, with a coffee machine, air conditioning, and a good bathroom. The location was very good too. Just be ready for the climb: the rooms are on the top floor and there's no elevator. 😜

A handy base for exploring the surrounding area without a car. It's just steps from the station and pedestrian area, and the rooms are clean, well kept, and equipped with every comfort.

We filled all four rooms with our group of four couples and their motorcycles, and the gated parking lot made things comfortable. There's no breakfast, but plenty of bars are an easy walk away. The apartment building is quiet and the location is right in the center, close to both the train station and the port. I was in La Spezia for the weekend to see the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere. The owner was kind and helpful from the start, welcoming us and explaining everything. The rooms were lovely and, above all, spotlessly clean. The one drawback, which didn't bother me, is that it's on the top floor and you have to take the stairs. I found it quite manageable. I'd recommend it in every way.
