We stayed four nights and had an incredible time. Christina and Julia were wonderful hosts who paid attention to every detail. We're so grateful and would recommend staying here without hesitation.

That first moment, we noticed the lovely fresh smell, and the room, kitchen, and balcony where we had morning coffee all made us feel at home. We stayed three nights, and everything was outstanding, from the location and easy check-in to the cleanliness. Most of all, Cristina was respectful, honest, responsive, and generous with information and help. Thanks so much, Cristina. We'll definitely be back.

Christina and Julia have 17 years of hosting experience, and they made us feel wonderfully welcome. They listened, offered advice, and were always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. The room was super comfortable and included all the amenities. Wishing you lots of success and many guests who appreciate your high level of service. Thank you. 💐❤🥂

We came to Italy as a family, with my wife and grandchildren aged 17 and 19, and I couldn't say enough good things about our stay. Christina was an amazing hostess and shared plenty of local tips. The place was incredibly clean and spacious, close to everything we needed, with an easy walk to both the train station and the port for boat rides. The washer and clothesline were an added bonus, and the secluded little patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely stay again.

Cristina made our La Spezia trip even better. The room was immaculate, the air conditioning worked so well, and I just loved staying here. This has been my favorite place. If I could live here, I would! ❤️ I'd love to come back someday.
