I strongly advise against this property. The place was horrible, and the owner's behavior was absolutely boorish. In over 10 years, this is the first time I've wanted to warn people not to make the mistake of booking somewhere. I chose it because it was close to the train station. The condition didn't match the description or photos. A locked glass door led to an unknown room, where you could hear everything, so be prepared to feel as if you're living with another family. The ground-level room had been converted from a garage and was damp, with only thin frosted glass between it and the street. There was no sense of safety for my family and no soundproofing. It felt like sleeping in a tent under a bridge in an unsafe neighborhood. When we arrived, I simply pointed out that the number and type of beds didn't match the booking confirmation. The owner became hysterical and rude, shouting that I had to leave immediately but still pay him the full amount. I had children with me, including a small child, but he said that wasn't his problem. Then he haggled and offered to take 50%. I had to explain in his own style that life doesn't work that way, and I was ready to call the police. I paid in cash, after the owner brought me a paper receipt. He again said he hoped never to see me in the future. That was very strange given the circumstances. The next morning, the booking company notified me that the owner had reported me as not having checked in and that my card would be charged. This was obviously a complete lie. I don't know why he did it, since I have the receipt, correspondence, and photos. I also don't recommend renting a parking space at this property. There's covered parking right next to the train station.
