The host communicates very clearly, and the apartment itself was clean and good. Breakfast comes as a coupon for a lovely local restaurant, with coffee, juice, and a croissant. The neighborhood wasn't the best, though, and I felt there were more choices for the same price in La Spezia.

They pay close attention to the details at this nicely decorated B&B. The room had free coffee, tea, cookies, pastries, water, and champagne, and it was a nice place overall. The neighborhood wasn't great, and construction nearby woke us early with noise. Breakfast is at a café on the city's main street, but we found it awful.

The garden was our favorite part, and the rooms were comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. We had breakfast and our own coffee machine. It was simple, just packaged toast and croissants with jam and some cereal, but a pleasant way to start the day. We'd spent a night elsewhere for not much less money and hadn't felt as welcome, so this place became my favorite.

It's quiet and reasonably priced, with lots of cafés and pizzerias nearby. There aren't any parking spots at all, so keep in mind you may need to park at the train station.
