A nice little base in La Spezia, especially if you're planning to take the ferry to Cinque Terre. It's close to the waterfront. There's no breakfast, but the small snacks in the room were topped up every day. The curtains let some of the outside lights through at night, since they weren't blackout.

Ilaria was great at suggesting outings and trips around the region, and the B&B made a lovely base for exploring Liguria, including the Cinque Terre villages and the Golfo Dei Poeti. We stayed right in the center of La Spezia and had a very pleasant time. The rooms were clean, well arranged, and cared for in every detail. I strongly recommend it.

Our stay at L’Approdo Dell’Ammiraglio was wonderful. The service was fantastic, and they helped us with everything, even calling taxis. The place was very clean, with complimentary water and snacks.

We had a great stay. The owners were really nice, and we'd definitely recommend the place. The room was very clean and well located near both the harbor and train station. They also offered useful perks, including cheaper boat tickets and restaurant discounts.
