The location is the reason for my very positive rating, and you can see the outside setting in the photo. The listing also says breakfast is included, though in practice it's packaged snacks left in the room, since there's no proper breakfast space. They might be better off calling it a guesthouse and leaving that option out. The room and bathroom are spotless, but the bathroom fixtures feel cramped, especially the tiny sink. It's not a real drawback so much as something they could improve.

The owner was helpful, and everything was clean. It's not quite central, though the nightlife is only about a ten-minute drive away. The spot is useful for going west to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, or east to lovely Lerici and the Tuscany border. We recommend it.

Parking is a real bonus in such a crowded area, and the manager was kind and courteous. The rooms have all been renovated recently, and everything is very clean and nicely done. The value for money is excellent, better than you'd expect from a B&B. Breakfast is perhaps the one small weak point, but this still deserves five stars. Recommended!

It's clean, practical, and functional, and I think it's a two-star hotel aimed at people working with or in the shipyards. The rooms have almost no soundproofing. Breakfast comes to your room as packaged croissants and biscuits.
