We spent eight nights here after driving about 2.5 hours from Milan airport, and the service really stood out. Everyone, from reception and the restaurant and bar staff to the shuttle drivers, went out of their way to make us comfortable. The cozy bar puts out free snacks at tea time when you order a drink, and we ate at the hotel restaurant twice. The food was great, and it was convenient for the family on cold evenings. The outdoor hot tub had lovely mountain views after skiing, and the indoor heated pool was a welcome option when the wind made skiing difficult. The new outdoor sauna was soothing for aching legs. A shuttle runs to the gondola, about a seven-minute walk away, so we didn't need to carry our ski gear uphill. Our party of three shared a spacious, well-designed two-level room in the newer wooden annex. The bathroom was downstairs and the loft upstairs. The large king bed and the narrower sofa bed were both comfortable, and the pillows were alright. The bathroom had a modern, powerful shower and lovely toiletries from the spa. Room-controlled radiators kept us warm. The older stone building has traditional rooms, while the newer annex has more modern ones. There's basement ski storage with boot warmers, which also serves as a bike locker in summer.

The skiing was amazing, and the hotel made for a very comfortable four-night stay. The room had a good bed and bedding, an amazing bathroom, and plenty of towels and toiletries. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and we were sorry to leave. I would've liked an English-language news channel, but the barman put the match on for us. The spa will make the place perfect when it's open.

We went to the restaurant for both lunch and dinner on our first visit, and found the experience very positive. The menus differ between the afternoon and evening. The room felt cozy and spacious, with a character that suits the region, and the owners were attentive. The staff wore beautiful traditional costumes. The wine selection is splendid, and the food was excellent. There was a wide, changing menu of traditional dishes presented with a modern, thoughtful approach. The cordial atmosphere made us feel special. A wonderful experience.

We stayed outside the main season and had a lovely time. The room was nice, the breakfast was good, and the spa area was great, especially since we mostly had it to ourselves. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Hope to come back :-)

What a find! The food was stunning, and the staff were so helpful. This beautiful hotel has charming accommodation and a warm, friendly feel. Rooms are clean and nicely presented, with alpine decor. Highly recommended!
