Il Bacio e La Nocciola

Goodbye, Place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, always at a great temperature, with plenty of sockets, more than six, hot water with good pressure, and a very comfortable bed. Mrs. Federica and her husband were so kind. We felt at home during our beautiful stay. Thank you.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was warm and welcoming. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh-smelling, and everything had clearly been cleaned carefully. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the price was very affordable. We spent one night here and had guaranteed peace and quiet.

I didn't sleep well on the very low, uncomfortable mattress, and breakfast was poor. The croissants looked like they were from the day before, and the same went for the donut and the few biscuits. I'd have been better off getting breakfast at a bar. For a B&B, I expected a good night's sleep and a generous, decent breakfast, but got the opposite. I've stayed at much better places, including B&Bs, where the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The property was hard to find with Google Maps. I also want to answer the lady who replied to me: I'm not trying to be aggressive or unconstructive. When breakfast is included in what you pay, I expect decent treatment, not to be mocked over claims about fresh products. I'm describing my experience at your B&B. I often praise and recommend places where I've had a good time, and others have agreed. I didn't find anything fresh there. I can tell when croissants or pastries were made that day or the day before. The mattress wasn't comfortable, and I stand by my review. People are allowed to write reviews. I choose how to sign my name; plenty of people on Google use a name or initials, and you shouldn't tell me what to call myself. I looked at your profile too and found some comments written by other people, even before mine. Others mentioned a misleading map location, difficulty getting there, unsatisfactory breakfast, poor-quality croissants, an uncomfortable bed, and a bad location. Some said the place was out of the way or the mattress was uncomfortable. Many businesses try to improve after negative reviews, and some even say thank you. That's clearly not the case here. The reply said things I disagree with and didn't experience, but I'm not the only one who wrote similar reviews. Google is useful for telling the truth in situations like this. Best regards.
