We were very happy here. The house has what you need, two lovely terraces, and parking inside the property gate. Mr. Alberto was kind and ready to help.

The upstairs apartment is clean, spacious, and well looked after. The bathroom is basic, but has everything. There's a huge terrace, though an umbrella would be needed. The curtains don't block the light well, and with no shutters, daylight woke me at 5:30 a.m. The gas stove also needs flame arrestors, since the rapid burner can't be used.

I rented this in summer 2024 after reading the reviews and had a terrible stay. The room was old and dirty, with ants and wasps, and noise from the upstairs neighbors kept me awake because there's no soundproofing. You can't walk to the beach: the busy road has no sidewalk or shoulder. I don't understand the five-star ratings. For this price, look elsewhere.

The owner was very helpful, and the home is cozy and clean, just steps from the Ladispoli seafront. I especially liked the sea and countryside view over breakfast on the terrace. There's a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has dishes, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and everything needed to cook, plus a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink, and cabinet. The decor is lovely.
