103 Boutique Hotel Stintino

We only booked one night in Stintino after years of travelling around the island, and I wish we'd stayed longer. The 103 Boutique Hotel sits by the little port and feels like a real gem. Our room was huge, simply and beautifully decorated, laid out well, and very clean. The Management and Staff were polite and made us feel special, turning the stay into a memorable one. Thanks to all of you, we’ll definitely come back.

The harbour view from our window was lovely, and finding a parking spot on the streets outside was easy. We booked on a whim while visiting La Pelosa beach, which is a must-see around here. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable ever. There were a few downsides: the AC didn’t work, there was no milk for tea (maybe a petty complaint), and ropes knocking against boat masts made noise outside. The continental breakfast wasn’t really my thing, though there was a good range of fresh-tasting food.

The room was new and the breakfast was good, and the TV itself was good when it worked. On arrival the room wasn’t ready, and the receptionist was angry. The TV signal kept dropping, and the buttons were confusing, with labels that didn’t match what they did. I even had to turn on the TV to get the wifi. Parking depends on getting lucky.

The host stopped replying when I asked about the AC. It went off during the night, and I was freezing and slept badly. I couldn’t get it running again for some reason, and the pillows were really uncomfortable. Then, around 10ish, close to checkout, my window opened while I was naked. Very unpleasant. It feels like in Italy people answer you until you’ve paid, then the hospitality disappears.
