Quattro Passi Room

Fantastic! :)

The owner, Mrs. Gladis, gave us a warm welcome at this lovely, recently renovated B&B. It's right behind Ladispoli train station, but the noise didn't disturb our sleep at all. In fact, sleeping there was a pleasure. The rooms aren't large, just enough for three people, though there's lots of shared space. The furnishings are modern, with air conditioning and a nice bathroom. I recommend it.

Luckily, I found somewhere else. I hesitated to write this, but the lady was very rude, which is disappointing because I trusted the good reviews. I couldn't even book a room. After several messages and calls, she never replied, though I could see she'd read my messages and had been online hours later. I know it's not easy to find a room these days, so even a no, or a message asking me to wait, would have been appreciated. She only responded after seeing that I planned to leave a negative review. I wrote it because I expected at least a little politeness, not an apology. Instead, I felt as though I was the rude one simply for saying she hadn't answered and that I didn't know about her problems. Anyone running a business has a duty to give potential customers information, whether the answer is good or bad. It's fair to ask, and courtesy to reply. Happy holidays, everyone!
