We had a guided ride with our 4-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, neither of whom had ridden before. They had a wonderful time. We were welcomed warmly, and everything went smoothly. There are rabbits too. The drive up is challenging, but the view alone makes it worthwhile, and there are hiking options as well. Thanks for a lovely experience for the kids.

The hosts were extremely friendly, and the landscape is stunning, probably even more so in spring and summer. We spent two nights in mid-December and arrived in the middle of the afternoon to a wonderfully warm apartment. It was spacious, with a living room, kitchenette and dining area, two large bedrooms, and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. I highly recommend it for family holidays.

What more could you want? A superb breakfast, horses to ride, and rabbits to pet, all with a beautiful holiday apartment and the best view in the Vinschgau Valley ;-)

The disappointment still lingers. Our daughter had been looking forward to her riding lesson with the Piazzi family for a long time, and we'd booked it in advance. We arrived at the top of the mountain half an hour before the scheduled time, only to be told with a shrug and a faint smile that there'd be no lesson that day because the horses were already in the paddock and couldn't be brought back. There were tears and a lot of confusion. When we emailed beforehand to confirm the booking, the woman replied that it must have been overlooked, adding that these things happen. It came across as accusatory. The family is clearly busy during the season, and we wish them continued success. Still, for future day riding guests, we hope they'll pay closer attention to bookings, whether by email, phone, or another way. The family thankfully offers this service, and day guests should be able to expect a certain level of commitment.
