The hosts were especially kind when we accidentally got our reservation dates wrong. They helped us find a solution and arranged an apartment, which made us feel genuinely welcome. We liked the calm, attractive location for exploring with children so much that we stayed an extra night. At Residence Steinach, our apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed and lovely details like quality toiletries. Thank you for making our family trip so comfortable. We'd be glad to return and recommend Residence Steinach.

A good café right next door serves delicious cakes and ice cream, and bus stops and a supermarket are an easy walk away. The Residenz Steinach is in a convenient but quieter spot on the edge of Algund. There is plenty of parking outside, with a reserved space for each apartment. Contactless check-in was simple, with clear instructions. Inside, the modern apartment was spotless and had a well-equipped, spacious bathroom, plus a TV, fridge, and small kitchenette. Trails are close by, and you can even walk to Merano. We took an easy 45-minute stroll to the train station. We found it very good value and would recommend it.

We came back again this year and were happy with the location and comfort. The apartment's design is fabulous, with care in every little detail, and the amenities met all our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and high quality.

My parents were delighted with the beautiful, spotless apartment and the friendly staff. They also thought the recommendations were fantastic, and they're already talking about next year's holiday. Thanks for such warm, professional service.
