The apartment, if that’s what you can call it, was basically a two-room unit, and the bedroom had no windows. At least there was air conditioning, so once it was on we could breathe, though it was very loud. We arrived in Lampedusa about a day and a half late after an airline strike caused our flight to be canceled and all sorts of problems. At Casa Pescatori, a young woman greeted us, exchanged a few pleasantries, then immediately asked for payment. I explained we’d lost almost two days and thought they might make some allowance for our bad luck, even just a symbolic discount. There was nothing.

Dalia, the apartment owner, was very nice and ready to help with any issues. The apartment was well equipped and in an excellent location. I’ll definitely get in touch with her again when I return to Lampedusa.

The apartment was clean and everything was just right. It’s only a few meters from Guitcia beach, so the location is very convenient. The owners were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

The garden, full of plants, was a pleasure to look at, and the property was just a short scooter ride from both the beach and busy Via Roma, about 5 minutes. Our apartment had its own outdoor area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, and a lovely quiet bedroom. Dalia, her partner, and her family made us feel at home. Case Pescatori really does feel like home, not just a residence. Thanks so much for everything.
