That view across Merano and the whole Adige Valley is pure relaxation. We spent a week here over New Year's Eve as two couples, in a holiday apartment among the vineyards above Lana. It’s quiet and wonderfully located. The apartment had loads of room for two couples and was well equipped. We especially liked how the old manor house connects with the spacious, bright modern extension, with its kitchen and comfortable living area. The old and new fit together beautifully and give the place a special atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. When we asked, they gave us great suggestions for outings, hikes, and sights nearby. There’s a bus stop close by, and with the South Tyrol Mobil Card we could leave the car parked all week. It was easy to get into the city centers of Merano and Bolzano without hunting for a parking space. We were delighted with the place and would love to come back. Five out of five stars.

We had a fantastic time over almost two weeks at the manor house in Grübl. The host family made us feel incredibly welcome and shared lots of useful local tips. The accommodation was modern, very well kept, and spotless. We’d love to return. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

The garden has a seating area and loungers, and every window in the apartment looks out over the valley and surrounding mountains. Sara was always ready with a few ideas for excursions and restaurants, and the host family were very friendly. We spent 12 days here and especially liked the mix of the old and new buildings. The beds were comfortable, so we slept really well. The new building’s spacious living room has two large sofas, a cozy place for a movie at night or to spend a rainy day inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we didn’t find ourselves missing anything in the apartment. We felt at home and can easily imagine another holiday here. Many thanks to the family for a lovely stay.

We’ve already stayed here four times and will definitely be back. The hosts are incredibly kind and make you feel warmly welcomed. The valley view is beautiful, and the apartment has everything we could want. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the whole place is spotless. A perfect holiday spot!

The host family were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful holiday. The house is beautifully situated, with a fantastic view over the valley. There’s plenty of space and comfort in this modern, tastefully furnished apartment. Everything has been thought of, including a cupboard of games and books for children and a private garden area with seating and a barbecue. Kids will also enjoy all the farm animals: rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and a very affectionate dog.
