We had a wonderful time here. It’s a lovely house among the vineyards, with beautiful grounds. The apartment was cozy, rustic, and very clean, with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the host was friendly. We even got to taste the wine he grows himself. Dogs and children were welcome.

We spent 10 days here as a family and found it easy to unwind. The farm sits quietly at the top of a hill, with a beautiful property and a stunning valley view. There’s a natural pond for a refreshing swim, a nice sunbathing area, and things for the children to do, including table tennis and a trampoline. The rooms were clean and had what we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, and a short walk uphill takes you to one of the lovely irrigation canal paths, with scenery and nature all around. The host was very friendly and glad to suggest interesting places to visit in the area.

The quiet setting is a real plus, but the steep slope makes it hard to set off on an easy walk if you have mobility problems. Our apartment was mostly clean and had the basic dishes and cutlery. The extra bed in the “TV room” was uncomfortable, and the fourth balcony chair that was promised never arrived. We were also told we’d get a kilo of chestnuts on departure day, but that never happened. The host did give us apples for free that were still good to eat but couldn’t be sold, which was kind. There are plenty of small things around the property that need attention. The pond shown online is too small and not inviting for swimming. The bouncy castle had autumn leaves on it, the sandbox was partly overgrown and looked neglected, and the swings and slide were very worn and need fixing up. It feels like these details are being missed. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and improves things for guests. Card payment also isn’t available, which really should be standard now. The place has the essentials, but not much beyond them. It’s clear the host is trying, though the household could use a woman’s touch.

We’d happily come back for the wine alone. The estate’s own wine tastes great and is good value. The property is quiet, and the town center is about a ten-minute walk away. There’s also a small natural pond nestled among the vineyards, a lovely spot to cool off with a beautiful view down the valley towards Bolzano.
