The pool looks nice, but it isn't heated, and in good weather it felt more like a children's play area than somewhere to relax. Anyone wanting to wander around Lana will need a car. The place itself is visually appealing, but we didn't get the rest we came for. Children ran around noisily until after 11 p.m., and guests spoke loudly outside, with no apparent house rules asking people to be considerate. The complex sits right by the road, so the morning quiet mentioned on the website wasn't there either.

After a lovely day hiking, the wellness area was a great place to unwind, especially with the Swiss pine sauna and the views of Lana and the Adige Valley from the whirlpool or a spacious lounger. The large pool had plenty of loungers and daybeds, and the apartments were beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. Thanks to the Santer family for hosting us. We'd be happy to return.

We had a hiking holiday here with the kids and would gladly return to Residence Untermösselhof. The modern apartments are lovely, with excellent facilities and outstanding views from the terraces. The pool was clean and refreshing. A top address in Lana.

The view is priceless. The rooms and grounds were spotlessly clean, and the apartment complex was beautiful. The pool was perfectly adequate.
