We arranged a room with the owner, but after we asked whether we could arrive before 18:00, the stated check-in time, she sent a nasty email saying it had already been booked to someone else. We'd stayed in six places around Italy, most with 14:00 check-in, and most had let us arrive earlier. An 18:00 check-in is ridiculous. Spare yourself the aggravation.

The apartment was practically new and kept in impeccable shape by Mrs. Marilena, who was very kind and always available if we needed anything. We stayed for a few days and were very comfortable. Its location is great, halfway between the sea and the Maiella, and Lanciano's historic center is worth a visit too. Absolutely recommended.

We were welcomed by a warm, kind, and professional lady. The property has reserved parking, which was a real find. Our room was beautiful and exceptional, with spotless cleanliness, a comfortable bed, thoughtful furnishings, and a very welcoming feel after a recent renovation. Highly recommended!

Marilena welcomed us warmly and shared some great tips. The garden outside the room is large, and there's a reserved parking spot too. My husband and I stayed three nights after finding the property by chance through its good reviews and affordable price. Our room could sleep three, though there were just two of us, and it was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. Breakfast was good, even if it wasn't very close by, which didn't bother me. I hope we can return soon. Abruzzo has become a second home to us. Recommended.
