I was a bit nervous about the limited staff, but everything went smoothly. There seemed to be someone around most of the time, either at the front desk or among the cleaning staff, who were very helpful. The self serve essentials closet stayed well stocked, and breakfast was served at a lovely, delicious street level cafe. The location is incredible, with the train just a few minutes away and everything we wanted to see or do a short walk from the hotel. We stayed during the Olympics and had a fantastic time. I’d definitely return, and Numa is on my list for future trips to other cities. Highly recommended, thank you!

The room and decor were nice, the location was great, and the luggage lockers worked really well. But the bathrooms were unacceptable. Water barely drained, so the shower and sink flooded. We couldn’t enjoy a shower or use the bidet. We had very little contact with staff, though that personally didn’t bother us.

The app made check-in and check-out incredibly easy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. Rest was a real problem, though. The soundproofing was terrible, and we could hear every step our neighbors took. We also had trouble with the hot water, and the shower didn’t have a handheld head, which was inconvenient. The hotel has a lot going for it, but the noise insulation and bathroom setup need work.

You’re right in the middle of the best area, and the location is great. But comfort is a gamble, because when something goes wrong, the hotel is understaffed and problems don’t get solved. The decor has been spruced up, but it seems to hide the building’s old bones, and the redecoration feels cheap. The faucet leaked badly, and water ran from the shower onto the floor. The hairdryer was broken too. I contacted support through the app, but housekeeping wasn’t in the building yet. I had to let my hair dry on its own and go to the office for my business trip with really bad hair. It was cold out and my hair was still a little damp. At 8:20, no one was at reception, even though the sign says it’s staffed from 8 am.
