Vecchia Fattoria Castelli

The pasta is worth trying :) It’s the best place to be.

I didn’t stay overnight, but I had a great time at the fantastic pool and visited the agricultural and nativity scene museum. They make excellent wine and olive oil, and the historic cellar in the Tufo area is a must-see.

The guide made the farm visit a beautiful experience. There are nativity scenes set up in both the oil mill and the basin.

The pizza tour was delicious, especially the wood-fired pizza, so try it if it happens to be on while you're there. The pool is fantastic, though getting there means a long walk and lots of steps. There’s also a sports area with fixed equipment that I loved. Common areas are tidy, clean, and well organized. The rooms are simple, and the apartments have only the bare essentials, but the manager is available if you need anything. The bedroom views are breathtaking. Mosquito nets would be useful, though I don’t think they can be fitted because the shutters won’t close.
