This is a lovely, historic manor house, with all the character of a traditional old building. If you enjoy staying somewhere with a sense of history, it’s a great place. But if you want a sterile concrete hotel and perfectly modern amenities, you’d be better off elsewhere.
The kids and adults both loved the big, clean pool, which was a perfect place to cool off. We spent 10 fantastic days at the Fattoria and felt like part of the family. Our apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thanks you George and Catherine!
Our little girls were enchanted by the horses, chickens, piano, and all the other things around the place. We had a fantastic family stay, with wonderful hosts and a great location. Strongly recommend!

The pool is fantastic, set among wide lawns where swallows often skim the water. The house is comfortable and has the essentials, and the owners are kind and friendly. We stayed at the Fattoria house with my family in mid-June, surrounded by nature, birdsong, and the scent of a big lime tree. With horses, chickens, a few cats, and Tommy, the very sweet dog, around, it almost feels like you’re part of the farm. We’ll remember the owners fondly and will be back.
