We arrived a couple of hours early, and they welcomed us kindly and showed us around. The house is really lovely and practical. The bedrooms and beds were great, and the bathroom was comfortable and well laid out. There's a washing machine and soaps, and the kitchen is nice and has everything. The window screens worked very well against mosquitoes. It's on the second floor. With the windows open to let air through, the house stayed cool, so we didn't need the air conditioning. I'd also read other reviews, but there are no cameras, hidden video devices, or anything like that. Thanks for hosting us. We'll come back every time we have a briefing in Latina. Ten out of ten!

For two years now, we've stayed with Cristian in his ethnic home, and it really feels like home to us. It's a good choice if you want to be near the Latina sea. The condo is peaceful, the house is spacious and clean, and it has what a family needs. Cristian always makes us feel welcome. He's the best in Latina!

It's a spacious house with all the comforts, close to everyday amenities and only a five-minute walk from the center. The owner is kind and available whenever you need anything. A well-earned five stars.

I spent a week in the ethnic house, which is thoughtfully furnished and comfortable. Christian is a wonderful, welcoming host, just like his apartment. The area is fairly central in Latina but still quiet. Top marks!

The location is incredibly central and well positioned in the center of Latina, and the amenities are remarkably complete. The owners and managers were kind, helpful, and thorough. Everything was excellent, a fabulous place that deserves an A+, though the highest rating I can give is a 10.
