Marina and Nicola were so welcoming and accommodating. I’ve stayed here twice now, and it feels like being at home. The apartment was spotless, with useful extras like toiletries, tea, and coffee. It’s a short walk to the beach and Lavagna piazza, and the station nearby makes it easy to reach the Cinque Terre or Portofino. We spent two nights here, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Grazie Molto a voi.

The apartment is right in the heart of Lavagna, close to the sea, station, restaurants, and shops. It was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful little touches made it feel like home. The owners were courteous, kind, and professional. Marina and her husband clearly look after these two apartments with love and care. We’ll definitely be back!

Lavagna’s full of charming restaurants, bakeries, and grocery shops, and both the station and beach are about 200 meters away. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is in a small townhouse in the center and has everything you need, including air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine. It has a real Italian feel and made us feel at home.

Marina was so kind and helpful, and we had a great stay in her newly renovated, well-furnished apartment. It’s in Lavagna’s historic center, close to shops, markets, pizzerias, bars, and restaurants. The station and the nearest beach are both about a five-minute walk, with the beach reached through the underpass. The place was very clean, felt like home, and even had a washer-dryer. If we come back to Lavagna, this will be our first choice. Recommended.
