Laura took so much pride in running the hotel and was hands-on throughout. She was incredibly kind and helpful, even preparing breakfast for me, my wife, and our two daughters. We enjoyed our three-day stay and plan to visit again next year. I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a 60s/70s style, which may or may not be to your taste. Our host was very kind and available, and the room was very clean. It’s right by the sea, and the large parking area made it easy to park overnight.

Friendly staff, very clean, and good parking. That’s about where the positives end. Sometimes you get what you pay for, or even less. The hotel is old and doesn’t deserve three stars. Forget about breakfast.

What she told me wasn’t true. I called that evening and she said she had a room available. When I phoned back, she didn’t even let me explain that we’d already spoken before hanging up on me. She was very offensive too, and still wasn’t kind. We weren’t looking for a hotel for the night, but after a long trip we wanted to get some sleep. Have a good evening.

The air conditioning is modern and works well without being intrusive. There are also Argentine tango events in the beautiful lounge, and you can take lessons if you’re interested. It’s in a quiet area close to the center of Lavagna, right beside a well-equipped free beach. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh, including pastries. Highly recommended.
