The owners were rude, and they wanted €150 through Airbnb to wash the towels. Whoa. The hallway also feels dangerous to enter with children, and there are no windows or curtains to keep the morning light out.

Light gets into the bedroom at night from the streetlights, and there are no shutters, blinds, or curtains to block it, especially in the bedroom. Getting to the second floor is awkward too, with a narrow, steep staircase that’s difficult with luggage and unsuitable for children.
