I really enjoyed the cocktails 🍸, and the service was top-notch. The place felt relaxed but still stylish, a lovely spot to unwind.

The visitor card came in handy and was genuinely useful, and the night manager welcomed us warmly when we arrived around 20:00 on Thursday. He was great at explaining the area. We’d stay again because the hotel is well situated and makes a good base for touring. We only ate dinner there once: the restaurant staff felt very formal, and the menu lacked imagination, with an unbalanced mix of meat and vegetables. Breakfast was good, though the hot option was boring and most visitors seemed to skip it. The TV was supposed to offer other languages, but ours showed a weak or no signal, and there was no language option besides Italian.

We called at the last minute while traveling from the USA and needed somewhere for the night. Everyone was super friendly and looked after our family of four. The rooms were very clean, and the food was wonderful. We’d recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone.

We booked this 4 star hotel because we wanted to add one more night in Italy, and it worked well as a stopover. The room was spacious for our family of three, with a nice roomy bathroom and even a mirror for makeup. The staff were warm and friendly, and the lounge area out front felt really cosy. We were very impressed and satisfied, and I’d recommend it for a stopover. There isn’t much to stop for in Lavis, Trento.

We’d love to come back someday. The room was lovely, with a balcony and a view over the mountains, and the big bed was comfortable. I loved the bathroom too, and the restaurant food was good.
