We booked three nights last August and arrived after a long drive with our two young girls. The owner seemed very anxious and stressed when he welcomed us. As he showed us around, we tried to clarify the house rules since we hadn't booked the whole place. It was confusing: our rooms were private, but the hallway between them wasn't, and we could use some kitchen facilities but not others. While we were asking questions to understand things better, the owner suddenly snapped and started yelling at us to leave, saying he was cancelling our stay. I was afraid he might become violent, so my wife and I decided to leave. I've never experienced behavior that bad. Be careful with this place.

We came mainly to visit Gardaland, and being less than a 10-minute bike ride away made the stay perfect for us. Nicola was a wonderful host, and even helped fix my bicycle when it broke. We couldn't have been happier with the place.

Nicola made us feel at home from the moment he welcomed us, and was kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa is peaceful, close to Lake Garda, and just minutes from Gardaland and Movieland, which the kids and adults both loved. We really enjoyed having the private pool to unwind in after park days. The villa itself is spacious, spotless, and carefully kept, with roomy outdoor areas set up for relaxing and eating outside. A memorable stay for our family, and we’d love to return.

We came back to this lovely villa during Vinitaly and met the new owners, Nicola and his wife Elena. They were very welcoming, and the elegant property is clearly looked after with great care. It’s conveniently placed for the major amusement parks, with the lake and Lazise not far away. We only wish we could have used the pool, which adds to the peaceful, relaxing feel of the place.
