For 74€ a night, this was nowhere near worth it. The first room was eventually cleaned the next day after I complained, but I spent the first night in another room with a broken air conditioner. The place was filthy when I first got into the room. There was dust all over the floor, especially under the bed, and the sheet was dirty, somewhat torn, and dusty too. Outside on the balcony, just past the window, sat a glass full of used cigarettes. There were several hairs behind the toilet. None of the rooms has a minibar or even water, only small, old, very dirty empty fridges. Avoid this place. Lecce has much better B&Bs, so don't waste your time here.

We had a great night here. The B&B is three minutes on foot from the main squares, the city center and the tourist sights, and it's an eight-minute walk to the train station, where you can catch buses to different places in the province. There isn't breakfast, but bars are just around the corner, so that wasn't a problem. The friendliness, cleanliness, hospitality and politeness left me speechless. Five stars don't cover it. Exceptional.

The location is excellent for seeing Lecce's center, on a side street off one of the typical restaurant-filled roads. It's two minutes from Porta San Biagio and five from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, and the bed was comfortable. We paid 179 euros for two nights for two people, and I think breakfast should have been included at that price. The listing said free parking, but we had to find a space on the city streets and pay the meter. Since we arrived on Saturday, I only paid Saturday afternoon; Sunday and Monday were free because it was April 25th. Otherwise parking would have cost a lot. It also advertised a traditional breakfast, but when I asked, I was told none was available and there were plenty of bars nearby. I pointed out that breakfast was listed on booking and was told we had to contact them. The room looked out onto a dirty terrace, and the floor was badly worn.
