Palazzo Lecce - Epoca Collection

Valentina is a pro at making things happen. She runs a stunning property with grace, style, expertise, and excellent service, and her care for guests' comfort and well-being feels genuine. She gave me information on where to go, eat, and experience the area. Her guidance made my business trip more successful. The breakfasts were excellent, and I especially enjoyed her poached eggs with avocado. She's warm and lovely, and I'll definitely return one day. Kudos!

The rooftop pool is tiny, but it was just right for a dip on a very hot afternoon after walking around the city. The location in Lecce's old city made it easy to reach all the sights on foot. Our rooms were spacious, very clean, and beautifully appointed.

We were able to use the sauna by ourselves, which was great. The rooms were small and simple but modern and clean, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our stay. It's a short walk to the town center. The rooftop wasn't so good: the pool is very small, more for dipping than swimming, and the pigeons put me off, so I wouldn't really count it as an amenity.

I expected a very different experience based on the reviews. It's an elegant palazzo, but there was no full-time staff. Our rooms were very small, and the parking was awful, at least on a weekend, with no help for luggage. The area of Lecce was noisy too, with traffic and people loudly hanging around outside.
