The only real headache was the online self-check-in. It took a lot of effort, and the confirmation email with the entry code took so long that we waited an hour for it. Start the process as early as you can, not at the last minute. The apartment itself was great for our group of five men, with plenty of room and a hard-to-beat price. It has air conditioning on both floors, a powerful shower, Wi-Fi, and free parking.

There was no reception, and we hadn't received the email with the entry instructions and link. We spent hours trying to reach the host, then spoke to someone in Milan who hung up after I said I couldn't hear him clearly. Other guests tried to help after having trouble themselves. The host sent one text saying the email had been sent, but there was no email. Very unprofessional. Edit: They returned the reservation payment but kept the cancellation fee, which was 100% of what we'd paid. We never used the facilities. That would have been understandable if we'd actually received instructions on how to get in.

There were only two beds for three people, and nobody was around to help. I couldn't find any contact details to ask for assistance. This place was no good at all. 😡👎🏼👎🏼

The apartment itself was good, and the other people staying there were helpful. But check-in was a nightmare. We had to hunt around for the apartment and the key, while sending multiple messages to a bot that couldn't provide even half the information we needed. After 10 PM, nobody was reachable. The bot told me to wait until morning for help, which wasn't acceptable. Better communication is needed, along with someone available to call 24 hours a day.
