There’s an elevator from ground level, which makes things easier for families with buggies and for wheelchair users. Parking out front is a real plus, given how narrow the streets and public parking spots are. The owners are very friendly.

The apartment was clean and quiet, and very good value for the money. It’s within a 20 minute walk of Villa del Balbianello. Vitaliy was a really friendly and helpful host. I’d definitely stay there again the next time I visit Como.

The hosts were so open and pleasant to talk to. They gave us detailed tips on local sights, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, and transport, and helped us plan our route. That made for a wonderful vacation in Como. The apartment was cozy and well located, with free enclosed parking. Villa Balbianello and the Lenno embankment are both walkable. I recommend it!

Vitaliy is a very friendly and reliable owner. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, and it comes with a parking space right out front, which is very important in this area.

The window view was stunning, and we had a great room. Such pleasant hosts and a warm welcome to Italy. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to.
