We had a great time and loved being able to use the garden for BBQs. The location was so convenient for our friend's wedding at the Lido di Lenno. The office in Menaggio helped us with questions about booking restaurants and the San Mortiz tour. We'll take you up on that 10% returning guest discount!

This is a house, so it was really quiet. It was clean, had all the modern conveniences and was close to the Lenno market.

Lovely house in a good location. It's a pretty steep walk up from the lakefront, but worth it.

The price for what you get here just doesn't add up. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this property. Parking was a disaster: even with our own driveway, it was almost impossible to use because it was narrow and sloped, the stone slabs felt unstable, and oncoming traffic made it dangerous. Parked cars often blocked it too. There was chaotic noise throughout our stay, from residents mowing lawns from 7 a.m. until late at night, the nearby bocce ball court and constant warning honks from cars rounding the curve right in front of the property. The kitchen wasn't adequately equipped for four people. We had almost constantly weak internet and no German TV or radio. There were no German-language manuals for the electrical or electronic devices. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms were very dangerous, with no handrails. We couldn't use the air conditioning because we were only told on arrival that it had to be booked at the time of reservation, something we hadn't been told earlier. We stayed 14 days and no one from the agency contacted us or came by to check whether we were satisfied. Other providers had done that on our vacations.
