The rooms are nice and the location is good, but there’s a very inconvenient and dangerous problem with the doors. One night I stepped out to admire the balcony on the floor and the door locked automatically behind me, with my key still inside. There’s no front desk or emergency hotline, and no one answered the numbers provided. If my family hadn’t been in another room in the “hotel,” I’d have had to spend the night outside in basketball shorts, without a shirt or shoes. The door wasn’t unlocked until morning, so I missed my train and had to scramble to find another one, paying too much for it. If I’d had a flight the next day, I’d have been even angrier. I’m sharing this feedback because they should consider changing the locking setup or adding an emergency number. I can’t imagine I’m the first or last person this has happened to.

The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. We barely heard either our neighbours or the outside. There’s also a lovely terrace, though it doesn’t look out over the beach. We had two strollers and left them in the foyer overnight; it felt completely safe. It’s a great base in Levanto. There’s a grocery store right beside the hotel for beach essentials, and the beach is an eight-minute walk away. Just before you get there, there’s a park for children. A square with restaurants is also an easy walk away. The downside is there’s no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor. I’d highly recommend it for the beach, park, supermarket, and restaurants nearby.

I recommend it 👍🏼 The beaches, with facilities or without, are very close, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The place is right in the center, the rooms are very clean, and there’s air conditioning. Some rooms also have a terrace.
