Al Sorriso Greenpark

What stayed with me was how welcoming everyone was. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and keen to help, and this family-run hotel really made us feel like part of the family. The location beside the beautiful, clean lake was lovely, and the spa was great too. Meals were fresh, delicious, high quality, and varied. Breakfast and lunch were buffet style, while dinner was four courses with two or three choices for each one. Everything was beautifully presented, and we enjoyed every meal. I'm not usually a fan of desserts, but I still gave in and tried them each night. I'll definitely come back, and I wish the hotel continued success.

The setting is beautiful, and the rooms are smart. Staff were great, the food tasty, and the wines good. The aperitifs were generous too. I hope I get to return.

We made good use of the hotel's mountain bikes and enjoyed the cycling routes by the neighbouring lakes and through the countryside. Trento was an interesting place to visit, and the Trentino card gave us free bus rides and a discount at the castle. At the hotel, our room was comfortable, very clean, and had a terrace with beautiful lake views. The food was really good and plentiful, with breakfast and lunch buffets and an extensive dinner menu. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful, and took plenty of time to answer our questions about places to visit. It was a wonderful holiday at Hotel Al Sorriso, both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

We came back for a second visit this year, and would happily return again and again. It's a wonderful spa hotel with such friendly people. The May bank holiday brings a motorcar gathering, which gets a bit noisy, but that's just for the weekend.
