6/10
The bed was rock hard, and there was no hot water at 6:15 AM. The lounge bar has a poor selection, and the included breakfast was just okay. Cleanliness was average. This looks like it could be a four-star hotel, but as it stands, three stars at best.

The pool area was clean and felt safe, with plenty of loungers, and the two whirlpools were a bonus. Food was exceptional, and the welcoming staff were friendly and accommodating. Their English was far better than my Italian! I'd recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The cocktails were amazing, definitely recommend them. Dogs are allowed, and the staff were so friendly. They spoke Spanish, German, and English, and probably other languages as well. The room had air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Thanks, we'll certainly be back.

The walk up to the quaint town of Levico Terme is a little climb, but we thought the hotel's location was ideal. Our refurbished room was beautifully clean, and the food was good. The waiters were great fun and gave excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay.

8/10
The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was fair, and the rooms have been renovated. We especially liked the rooms at the front, with a view. There are more luxurious apartments on the top floor, which cost more but are definitely worth it.
