The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartments were tidy and clean, though the kitchen wasn't well equipped. I think this place works better in winter. In summer, it seems more suited to young couples than families, since the area is busy and the road down to the beach is so steep you can't manage it with a stroller. It would help to have some guest rules to keep things peaceful and a parking spot assigned to each apartment. Breakfast could also be included in the price.

It's a clean apartment with helpful staff, in a scenic spot outside Licata's center. The bathroom is the one downside, as it hasn't been renovated like the rest of the property. I didn't find much to like about downtown Licata. Most of the area felt very poor and dirty, apart from a few streets in the center. People were friendly and offered recommendations on where to eat, and those places never disappointed. The beach is mostly taken up by seasonal guests, but the public section is protected and reasonably clean.

I'm here in early May. The studio has new furniture and is practical, with a magnificent view over Mollarella beach. You can walk there down a slope of about 800 metres, but getting back means a very steep climb. You'll need a car anyway, since the town is 6 km away.

It's a very peaceful area, and the balconies offer lovely views, some stretching along the whole coastline and down to Mollarella beach. Prices change depending on what you need.
