The location is great, and it's a comfortable place with very welcoming, kind people. The rooms are very clean, though quite small.

We spent New Year's Eve as a group of six at the ART HOTEL PRINCIPE, and had a wonderful time. We were only a short walk from the town center. Luigi and Elisabetha gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The modern rooms were comfortable, with heating and comfortable beds. Breakfast was exceptional, prepared with care every day. Chef Luigi made a delicious cappuccino, and each morning there was a different tasty breakfast surprise from the chef. Many thanks to Luigi and Elisabetha!

I felt at home from the moment the owner gave me such a warm, friendly welcome. I stayed at the Hotel Principe in Lignano this summer and had a wonderful time. The beach is nearby and everything is easy to reach on foot. My room was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast really stood out, with a wide choice of fresh, delicious food. Feeling at home is what matters most to me, so I'll definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.
