Casa Al Mare

The yard is lovely and green, and the pool area has a beautiful main pool as well as a small one for children. It’s a calm place for a relaxing family holiday, and pets are welcome too. We loved the food, especially the dinners, which were delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was skilled, and the staff were warm and friendly. I like this place a lot.

We stayed for seven days and were impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was, as well as by the room cleanliness and service. The price included beach loungers, hotel bikes, and use of the pool with its pleasantly warm water and jacuzzi. I’m vegan and gluten free, and the staff were happy to prepare food specifically for me, even at breakfast. The food was wonderful, especially dinner. Highly recommend.

The pleasant receptionist and service were the only things I’d rate positively. The room was clean and tidied daily, but there was barely space to sit, just one table and one chair. It was tiny, faced a gas station, and the bathroom was cramped, old and very smelly. There were no towel rails anywhere, and hardly any room to put things in the bathroom. Noise came through constantly, from the next room and the hallway: flushing, doors closing and people walking around. Breakfast was average. We expected more from a four-star hotel and won’t come back.

The reservation included permanent sunbeds and an umbrella on the nearby beach, which was a nice extra. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and it’s a nice place to stay.
