EM Apartments

The apartment was spotless, and the owner was really friendly. Nothing to complain about. We'd happily come back.

We had booked for four, but the apartment was prepared for only three, with no sheets or towels for the fourth person. Communication with the staff was very difficult. At arrival, the only person available to hand over the keys was his mother, and she spoke neither German nor English. The apartment was clean and very centrally located, which we liked. But apartment number 1 had a strong sewer smell, and airing out the double bedroom was almost impossible because the restaurant ventilation was right beside its window. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Enrico was very helpful, and we had a lovely stay. The apartment itself was really nice, though there was a strong sewage smell.

The constant bad smell in the rooms, possibly from the drains or air conditioning, was a real downside. The apartment is modern and has air conditioning, but no dishwasher, and the balcony is tiny. There's no elevator to the second floor, and parking spaces may not always be enough. Pineta is an ideal location, and the landlord was very friendly and easy to deal with. I still find the price a little hard to justify, though the place is recommendable.
