We cut our stay short because of the owner's behavior at breakfast. He also works as the receptionist, and I found him the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I've encountered so far. We wouldn't come back even if it cost nothing. There are plenty of other places with better value and more professional service. I wouldn't stay here.

Our family of eight had a really good stay, and I hope to return soon. The beach is about a 25-minute walk away along a pleasant route, though the free shuttle is handy if you’d rather not walk or drive. Just ask reception and they can take up to seven people anywhere in Lignano, then pick you up and bring you back. There’s private parking and a lovely breakfast dining room, too. The staff are very nice, and the hotel seems serious about improving year after year. I took off a star because the AC in some rooms can’t be controlled, and the old bed cover needs replacing.

We had to dust the room ourselves. The air conditioner only had its coldest setting, and it didn’t work properly.

The rooms were clean and had AC, and both the staff and the rooms were great. Breakfast was awesome. It’s a little far from the center and beach, but you can rent a bike or take the hotel’s free shuttle.

The accommodation we got was worse than what had been advertised, even after we complained. The fridge and stove couldn’t be used because there was only a hole in the wall where the socket should have been. Very disappointed.
