The best part was being right by the sea. Inside, though, the ground-floor apartment was dated and much too small for four people. I also thought €15 per person extra for bed linen and towels was excessive. The patio doors wouldn't lock, and with the elevator directly in front of the entrance, there was no noise protection and it got very loud.

Apartment 26B has air conditioning and a washing machine. It's a typical two-room place, with single-glazed windows and a balcony at the back of the building, so there’s no sea view. Nearby, the square has live music in the evenings, loud enough to hear until midnight.

The terrace was great for sunbathing, and every room has its own door onto it. The apartment is on the 8th floor, with an elevator and parking, and the sea is just 100 meters away. The kitchen is small and doesn't have a cooking surface. Construction noise was one downside, along with birds gathering in a flock in one spot and calling every day around 8 p.m.

We had a nice, well-kept apartment on the ground floor, but it was extremely humid. Maybe the bad weather was to blame. The mattress and pillow stayed wet, even with the dehumidifier running all the time.
