The house is beautiful and very well located, which makes it a shame how poor the condition was inside. The furniture was awful and mismatched, the beds were in bad shape and so noisy they made sleep almost impossible, and the old, cheap mattresses were worse than sleeping on the floor. The tiny, cheap TV didn’t help. There were dead mosquitoes stuck to the walls and cobwebs in every corner. The bathroom smelled awful from the sewer. Don’t use the blanket, it had hair from dogs and people in different colors. Most of all, the place was extremely dirty, with dust, hair, and other stuff everywhere. The location was excellent, and the old-fashioned furnishings were what I expected from vacation rentals in Lignano Pineta. But the online photos looked about 15 years old, so don’t be fooled. We had to spend an hour cleaning before moving in, all four of us. The floors hadn’t been mopped properly, and surfaces were sticky and streaked. The shower drain smelled terrible, and dead mosquitoes from the previous guests were still on the walls. The windows had no mosquito nets and were hard to close. There was no grill grate. We managed to make the place bearable.

From outside, it’s a pleasant-looking house in a beautiful, spacious green setting. Inside, though, the house we were given felt dated: very old floors, fixtures, and shower stalls. The modest furniture had a strong musty smell, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped.

It’s in a quiet spot not far from the beach, but the house was very dirty when we arrived. The furniture was old, and the beds felt hard and uncomfortable.
