Zero5.Zero5 Residence

The price felt pretty steep, especially since we arrived to find the apartment in a mess. The kitchen chairs were so sticky that sitting on them or touching them was unpleasant, and it was hard to get your hand unstuck.

We were a couple of best friends travelling with a dog, staying in a three-room apartment on the first floor in September 2025. The location worked well, close to the center and beach, and dogs were allowed. The apartment was spacious and bright, with a dishwasher. Each of the two bedrooms had its own bathroom. For what we paid, we expected better cleanliness both inside and around the building. There were two dead birds in the garden view during our nine-night stay, and then a third appeared. The shower corners already had black and pink mold. The glass balconies were covered in children's handprints, though they were cleaned right away after we complained. The couch in the living area was stained, and we had to wash the duvets first, at €6 per wash. The kitchen was missing basics, including a small knife for fruit or vegetables and a peeler. The dining chairs were so sticky we couldn't use them. Even after scrubbing, they stayed that way, maybe a material problem. We moved them out to the balcony, which we weren't using, and brought two white balcony chairs to the table instead. It's advertised as having every comfort, but that wasn't our experience. A shame.
